Cristo Vive International
Building Dreams Changing Lives
www.cristovive.net September 25, 2009

Dear Friends,

As I was walking along the trail to our homestead many years ago I often found it so comforting to sing aloud and proclaim that I was God’s child. This gave me several things that really made a difference in my circumstances. I seldom encountered the wild beasts that I just knew would eat me alive if they got close enough. I usually sensed God’s presence so real with me the more and louder I sang. As I continued for awhile, the words I sang usually became my own, and often went something like: “I am His, He is mine, together we will walk on through this life” etc. Today as it was then, I know my relationship with my Father is real and the more I speak of it and about it, not in silence, the more wisdom I tap into as He leads me on.

September has arrived and puts Osito off to preschool already. I know it is hard to believe that he can be old enough for this juncture but he is thoroughly enjoying his time for 2 mornings a week at Agape Christian Preschool here in Big Lake.

We are very thankful to our Lord as He keeps us going forward, being joined with special friends such as you, to see God fulfill our purpose in this generation. As we are working diligently this month preparing for so many events soon coming we do not lose sight of the greatest joy we have which is to be in the middle of ministry seeing others experience Jesus for the very first time. Thanks for your help with your prayers and finances and involvement to make this real. We would like to share comments with you that we received from a team member who had experienced ministry alongside us for the very first time this summer. These comments were anonymously provided following one of the camps during the summer. “I came to camp scared of people with “Disabilities”. I leave now realizing that I am the one who is different. I never knew how to love and take care of others. Now I do. It was the best week of my life.” These remarks and so many others truly reflect the splendor of God’s glory.

CVI Office ExpansionAn awesome construction crew from New Prague Alliance Church came and went to work on our putting up walls in our basement to allow for office expansion. Jim Givens headed up the team and they for sure blessed us in so many ways. We now have some division of space and are looking forward to the completion of the wall construction to continue on October 31. Thanks men, and thanks to each of you who have been so faithful in your giving to further expand God’s increase in places throughout the world.

Please keep connected and make your investment into God’s kingdom, stay the course and increase in these times of God’s “More than Enough.”

We would like to hear from you!
