Long Term Vision:
Cristo Vive
International becomes and worldwide ministry taking the Gospel
of Jesus to any and all countries as led by the Holy Spirit. The
ministry will expand to include a church, missionaries, training
centers, and other local or international outreaches to the world
including all people groups regardless of abilities.
Though the focal point
of the ministry may rest with ministry to the disability communities
within the people groups, it will not be limited to only ministering
to those communities. As we believe God has placed within our
understanding His call to ministry and vision for His ministry
through Cristo Vive International we will begin to develop the
initial five international sites as strategic locations with which
to reach the outlying regions surrounding those locations.
An example of this
is is currently working in Ecuador. The field director in Ecuador will begin to expand the ministry throughout the Latin America Nations. At the home office, in the United States,
there will be a Regional Coordinator that will be responsible
for all the ministry activities that Cristo Vive International
is participating in within Latin America. This would mirror throughout
each of the five strategic sites. The home office in the United
States also assumes responsibility for the Regional Director and
the Field Director for North America.

As the ministry expands
we envision Cristo Vive as a Three-prong ministry. The three parts
are: Ministry Headquarters, Mission Leaders Training Center, and
a viable thriving church congregation. The church will be developing
a strategic plan to become a seed planting church, planting churches
throughout the world as ministry opportunities develop in all
regions we become active. The Mission Leaders Training Center
will develop training centers in each of the strategic locations
to train up host nation teams to lead ministry in expanded countries
throughout the region.
